Appartamento Silvano B is a graceful apartment situated in a central location, a few steps from the main tourist attractions of Rome. It sleeps six people. It is appoximately 65 square meters (700 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Roma, where you will find restaurants, the shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant, a grocery store at 200 meters (220 feet) and the stop for ATAC bus Termini - Piazza Porta Maggiore line at 300 meters (990 feet).
Appartamento Silvano B is located on the third floor of an ancient building. You will reach it by way of an elevator.
You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Silvano B. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, for a fee, in a private parking lot. Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. The room has two windows with a view of the street below and of the other buildings. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the street below and of the other buildings.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested. The room has a window with a view of the street below and of the other buildings.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine and an iron. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
