Ara Pacis is located on the first floor (with elevator) of an elegant building decorated with marble statues and plaster. Recently renovated with a particular taste and attention to detail, the apartment has a modern aspect, and it is very functional. It is entirely covered with parquet.

The white furnishing is predominance, which gives the apartment an accent of warm and brightness. The large windows make the apartment even more bright. The entrance opens with a long corridor, with a broad and capacious closet, followed by a beautiful bathroom with double sink, large shower and washer/dryer. The cozy living room is cleverly furnished, using the play of light created by the alternation of black and gray. It is composed of a comfortable sofa (that can be transformed into a double bed), satellite TV.

The kitchen corner is also here, it has a table with 4 chairs, is fully equipped with quality appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle etc. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a beautiful en suite bathroom with double sinks and a beautiful jacuzzi. The apartment also has air conditioning, WiFi, central heating with radiators in every room, double glazed windows, high tech lighting system, all this for your maximum comfort, to make your stay in Rome really special!

Additional Notes:
Check in is between 2pm and 6pm. In case of later arrivals, guests will be charged as follows: 20 Euros for arrivals between 6pm and 8pm; 35 Euros for arrivals from 8pm to 10pm, and on Sundays or public holidays.

The owner or someone in charge will wait for you at the apartment to give you the keys and receiving the balance due in cash. For any occurrences you can always contact us that numbers given during the booking procedure.VERY IMPORTANT: We need the copies of the passports for each member of our group; they must be delivered to the person in charge who will meet you at the check-in and it will be put together with the rental contract. These copies are in compliance with the law. Please bring with you copies of your passports already made in advance as there are no copy machines in the apartments. In this way we will avoid loss of time and inconveniences.
