Nice apartment located on Via Monterone, a short walk from the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator. It is comprised of a living room with a sofa and a living area, a large double bedroom, a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. It features air conditioning, satellite TV, stereo system, internet connection, washing machine and dishwasher.

The owner is a very nice and gently person, the apartment is a nice fair rated very good located, so it allow you to have a splendid journey in Rome! The best period to come are from April to July, but the best period for prices are the low season period of November, August, January, February and December. The apartment is suggested for couples, young people and even parents with children

Low Season -- Nov/Aug/Feb/: (90 € per night for 1 or 2 persons; 100 € for 3 persons; 110 € for 4 persons); best reservation suggested for one couple or couple with child.
