Walls are filled with nautical and local memorabilia and some local history lessons. Available year-round for quick getaways, this home provides the perfect vantage for watching winter weather. Updating the home for the 2013 season including the removal of paneling from all 5 bedrooms resulting in freshly painted on-paneled walls. New bedding and window treatments, re-working some walkways and decks, new microwave and refrigerator in the kitchen, second refrigerator will be available in the laundry room along with new washer and dryer, new gas and charcoal grills, along with other minor maintenance items. In 2012, ceilings throughout the home were freshly painted along with new wallpaper and ceramic tile in the baths, foyer and kitchen. |
