Casa Alhaja is a spacious fully furnished 4600-sq. ft., five bedroom, five bathroom, multi-level beachfront home, with high wood ceilings and gorgeous ocean views of the Sea of Cortez. Designed to accommodate a large group. This home has central heating and air-conditioning for enjoyable year round comfort and use. Watch your children play on the beach from under our relaxing outdoor veranda or upper balcony and sundeck. Located in the exclusive and gated community of Las Conchas, Casa Alhaja is situated on the quiet far eastern end, 4 miles from the gatehouse. Here you can enjoy the safe, pristine sandy beach where you can explore the nearby reef, bird estuary, and grand sand dunes. You can also barter with the friendly jewelry and art venders, have your hair braded, or get a henna tattoo. Of course you can always zip into town and check out the many shops and restaurants. There are four master bedrooms. Bedroom one has a queen bed, ocean view, decorative fireplace, and private bath. Bedroom two has a king bed, and a sleeper sofa, ocean view, and private bath. Bedroom three has a king bed, ocean view and private bath. Bedroom four has a king bed, ocean view and private bath. Bedroom five is great for kids with a bunk bed, twin over full, and a full size bed. There is a fifth bathroom in the hall by bedroom five. There are two large living areas; one designed for adults that has ample seating, a great ocean view, and patio access. The other living area, the game room, which is on the upper level, is great for the kids. It has a large seating area, a TV monitor for viewing DVD’s (bring own DVD’s), daybed with trundle and a great ocean view. The large kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, and most small appliances including, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave. The large breakfast bar with seating for six, doubles as a preparation space and opens into the large dining room with a wonderful view of the ocean. Other amenities include ceiling fans throughout, large covered patio with patio furniture, Gas BBQ and charcoal BBQ (bring own charcoal), Washer and dryer, WiFi (Wireless internet). Owner requests No Smoking Inside and No Pets. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. 2-night Minimum during the week; 3-night minimum during all weekends.
