Dream by the sea is a beautiful 4-bedroom, 4-bath home with a wonderful view of the Sea of Cortez. It is one row back from the water with easy access to the beach. There are three master suites, and all four bedrooms boast boveda ceilings. One master bedroom suite, which is ocean side and has access to the patio, has a king bed and large private bath with walk-in shower, two closets with mirror doors, and wood burning fireplace. The second master bedroom suite is also ocean side and has access to the patio, has a queen bed and large private bath with walk-in shower, two closets with mirror doors and wood burning fireplace. The third master bedroom suite, which has a beautiful ocean view, has a king bed, large private walk-in shower, large closet with mirror doors and wood burning fireplace. The very spacious fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and can sleep up to 6. The bottom bunks are double beds, with twin beds on top. There is also a large mirror closet. The fourth bathroom is spacious and has a walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and most small appliances including coffee maker, toaster, and blender. The great room has a beautiful wood and boveda Cupula ceiling, wood burning fireplace and ample seating, TV/VCR/DVD and CD players, breakfast bar with bar stools for five, and dining table that seats 6, and a beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. Other amenities include central heating and cooling, Garage access and fans in all the rooms. The large front patio has ample patio furniture, an outside shower, barbeque and fire pit. Owner requests No Smoking Inside and No Pets. Sheets and one set of bath towels per person are provided.
