Las Palmas 14a is a ground floor 3 bedroom, 31/2 bath condo located on the beach, in the Las Palmas Mirador area and has incomparable views of the Sea of Cortez. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed and private bath; the second bedroom has bunk beds, a twin bed, and private bath, and the third bedroom has a full bed and private bath with a private entrance from the rest of the condo. The living/kitchen area overlooks the ocean and opens onto an ocean-side patio. This area has a sofa and a queen futon for extra sleeping. A 1/2 bath is also located in this part of the condo. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, microwave, and toaster. Other amenities include a breakfast bar, central air/heat, ceiling fans in all rooms, gas barbecue, patio furniture, outside shower, tape deck, radio, DVD player, VCR and Satellite TV. Owner requests No Smoking Inside and No Pets. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. Parking is limited to 2 cars on busy weekends
2 nights minimum during the week; 3 nights minimum during weekends in March, April, May, October and all Holidays.
