This cozy home is located in a very peaceful neighborhood where you will enjoy the nice stroll to the beach, just 3 short blocks away and where you will find 7 miles of sandy beach to explore! With 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, the home will accommodate up to 8 guests and the added bonus is that you may bring your family dog with you while on vacation. All one level, this home is perfect for those families with young children or for those who cannot navigate stairs well. One bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed and the guest room has both a double bed and a bunk bed! The sleeper sofa in the living room will sleep two! The bathroom has a walk-in shower. You can relax on the deck and enjoy the Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall Sun - yes we actually do have sunny days at the beach at any time of year! Great fishing is nearby as well as Crabbing, the name sake of this great little home! And being just a 5-minute drive to downtown Rockaway Beach you are close to shopping, dining and sightseeing. In the summer time, be sure to take a ride on the train and enjoy the beautiful scenery and a bit of history! The home is located on a large lot, and has a private back yard with a fire pit where you can roast hotdogs or marshmallows for Smores! Let me just say, "IT DOESNT GET ANY BETTTER THAN THIS!" This home is Dog Friendly, so an Additional $50 Pet Cleaning Fee will apply to your booking. If you are not bringing a dog with you on vacation, please call our office to have the Pet Fee removed. If you do bring a dog, please help to keep the yard clean and ready for families with young children and scoop up after your dog. The garage is not accessible to guests. Thank you!
