Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival. VIP area will be available from 8am-9pm. Please note that resort rooms are not guaranteed to be available right away at 4pm. There may be times when access to your unit is unavoidably delayed due to cleaning or maintenance issues. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. The front desk is open 24 hours. Housekeeping service 24 hours a day.

Coco Beach is located on the northeastern coast in Puerto Rico, it is about 25 minutes from Luis Munoz Marin Airport and the greater San Juan area.
