Neuhofen 3 km from Ried: Old, historical small chalet "Troadkasten", from the 17th century, renovated in 2003. On the outskirts, directly by the stream, in the countryside. For shared use: grounds 1'000 m2, garden, lawn sunning area. Barbecue, barbecue house, children's playground. In the house: central heating. Parking by the house. Grocers, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km. You are living here in the TROADKASTL-LANDL in front of the gates to the historic regional capital Ried in the Innkreis but also like on the Alpine pastures, in one of the 3 350 year old granaries which have been lovingly restored, comfortably furnished and converted into cosy holiday houses. There are many walking paths right next to the houde. A private swimming pool (8x4m, 1,5m deep) can be used and is only 5min away.

Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Please note: outside staircase. Low doors and ceilings.
