The king bedroom at the back could use an update as the furniture is mismatched . The beds are comfortable but the fitted sheets shoud be deeper. Otherwise, everything was good!! LA CONTESSA IS ONE OF THE NEWER BUILDS: WELL DESIGNED/ FURNISHED, WITH WELL EQUIPPED KITCHEN. ONLY ISSUE WAS WITH INFERIOR QUALITY AND ILL FITTING SHEETS / TOWELS AND NO BEACH TOWELS SUPPLIED, (THE FIRST TIME WE'RE EXPERIENCED THIS). RENTAL COMPANY REPS WERE EXCELLENT. Could Be Better A guest from Toronto, ON does not recommend this property. Stayed for 60 days in February, 2012 We have stayed at this property for four years. We notified the manager after the second year that the living room sofa was broken. It has still not been fixed. It is too bad as the building and its residents are wonderful.
