A mixed review A guest from Willowdale, ON does not recommend this property. Stayed for 30 days in March, 2012 Great building in an excellent location. The unit was spacious but the bedroom furnishings were difficult -- far too large for the rooms and little surface space in any of the bedrooms or the two secondary bathrooms. And lack of a digital box and just two old televisions was a negative. But the view, pools and friendly neighbors made it an enjoyable vacation. Vacation in Paradise Peter D. from Rochester, NY recommends this property. Stayed for 30 days in February, 2012 LaContessa is an incredible property that is modern and up to date. This is our third year out of the last five that we've stayed in the same unit. The owners have the unit beautifully decorated and is immaculate. La Contessa 503 march 2010 A guest from East Lansing, MI does not recommend this property. Stayed for 32 days in February, 2010 What a disappointment! Great complex/location but a poorly maintained unit - inexpensive furnishings, mis-matched linens, poor quality kitchen utensils, dishes and appliances all contributed to a third-rate appearance. Carpeting badly stained and frayed throughout the unit; walls need to be washed or repainted; in general cleaning was not acceptavle. Deck had seating for only 4 - although the unit can accomodate 6 adults - and NO patio table for meals - what a waste in a place with beautiful sunsets! We actually went and bought additional patio furniture. Renters can do much better than this unit when paying $6,0000. We will NOT return to 503.
