Sharing a private estate with just three other villas, this modern two bedroom home at Loch Palm owns scenic views overlooking the course and the surrounding jungle terrain. Technically speaking, the house is spread over two floors, although being positioned on concrete beams means the ground floor is largely reserved for a covered carport and an adjoining utility room that can be used for storage. Making your way up the stairs to main living floor, you will find a spacious terrace, which is the perfect spot to relax with a drink or a spot of al fresco dining while enjoying the scenic natural abundance. The house is situated in a gated community with three other properties that all share the communal swimming pool, which is just a 20-second walk away from the house.

Location

The location of the property is beside the carpeted fairways of the Loch Palm Golf Course, which is essentially in the Kathu area. This is the prime destination for golfers, with not only Loch Palm golf course nearby, but also their second and newest course, Red Mountain. Kathu is also home to the Phuket Country Club GC, which owns a 9-hole and 18-hole course. Although Kathu is not a coastal destination, the centralized location ensures you can be at Patong Beach within 10 minutes and the commercial park on the outskirts of Phuket Town, which is home to numerous shopping centers such as Big C, Tesco Lotus and Central Festival. Being situated so close to Patong, you can enjoy the vibrant nightlife scene and hundreds of its international restaurants. Places such as Rawai, Chalong, Karon, Kata, Kamala and Surin can be easily reached within a 25 minute drive.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is situated at the back end of the open plan living space. Benefitting from a spacious area that is fitted with granite work surfaces and a large selection of units ideal for storage, the western kitchen is perfect for those who enjoy a spot of self-catering. Take advantage of the modern appliances at your fingertips such as a gas stovetop with four rings, an oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities.

Living Room:
The lounge is inviting in its embrace, which gives the villa a homely feel that is essential when on holiday. The light tones of the décor create a clean cut image. With direct access to the elevated outdoor terrace, the lounge is ideally situated for you to enjoy some great views overlooking the pool and estate. The furniture within the living room was chosen to give maximum comfort and convenience. The furniture and fixtures include a cream-coloured settee, matching wooden coffee and floor units, a flat-screen TV with international cable channels, a DVD player and a surround sound entertainment system.

Bedrooms:
One thing you will immediately notice in regards to the bedrooms is that they are very spacious and well lit. The light tones and wooden fixtures blend perfectly to provide that relaxed and comfortable atmosphere you expect from a place to rest your head. Both bedrooms have large double beds and matching wooden cabinets and wardrobes. The Master bedroom also owns a balcony that allows you to enjoy the scenic views overlooking the estate and the nearby Loch Palm Golf Course.

Bathrooms:
Although both the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, the Master has a soothing bathtub. Both the bathrooms have toilets, wash basins and showering facilities.

Additional Notes:
Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.

Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.

35 to 41 days 25% of monies paid excepting deposit
28 to 34 days 10% of monies paid excepting deposit
27 days or less no refund can be applied.
Again please ensure you have adequate travel insurance cover.
