The Coconut Grove is the ideal villa residence for couples looking for privacy and serenity, as each villa is surrounded by fences and trees, totally independent with private access.The private plunge pool (3.5 x 2) with cascade water is perfect to enjoy intimate moments with your partner. The villa size is about 60 M2, fully equipped open kitchen, sofa, TV with SAT cable and DVD player, ceiling fan. The residence was open in December 2009 by an Italian architect, using the finest materials with special attention to details of interior and exterior decoration.The atmosphere is like living in a tropical garden, clean and well maintained by the on site staff. There isn't any bar or restaurant in the residence, but guests can also use the common area set with tables, chairs and cooking facilities for inviting friends or gather with other tenants. Daily cleaning is provided, while blankets and towels are changed upon request, but laundry is not included. Guests can take care of the laundry by themselves or ask the staff to arrange the laundry service. A tip to the staff is always welcome.
Distance from the beach is 2 km. A motorbike is usually the easiest way to move around, they can be rent nearby at low price. Driving licence is required for motorbike of any size. Car rental and mountain bike rentals are also available in the area.

Occupancy: The property allows a maximum of 2 guests per villa.
Mimimum age is 14y old for a maximum of one child traveling with one parent.
Extra beds are not provided.

Nai Harn area is the south west part of Phuket, offering a lovely and quiet village lifestyle surrounded by nature, never crowded, never deserted. The beach is white sand and the waters are really crystal waters catering a great snorkeling. Other nearby beaches are Yanui beach and Ao Sane beach. Nai Harn and Rawai areas are still relatively undeveloped, offering the atmosphere of a Thai village.  Main beaches and attractions can be reached within few minutes’ drive by motorbike or by car. Phuket is well known as the Pearl of the Andaman Sea, where modern developments coexist with a preserved nature and unspoiled beaches.

The Island offers several entertainments for any taste: the latest opened water park in Mai Khao beach offers a funny day out. An amazing animal and acrobats fun park can be experienced at Phuket Fantasea in Kamala area, while those looking for extravagance can head to Patong and join the Simon Cabaret for a Broadway style show performed by lady-boys. And if you are into Buddhist culture don`t miss a visit to the Big Buddha and the Wat Chalong temple. Phuket Town is lovely at night with many live music bars with Thai only environment. Excursions not to be missed to surrounding islands are: Koh Yao Noi, Koh Yao Yai, Khai Nok, Phang Nga bay, Coral Island, Racha Islands and the famous Phi Phi Island.

Cancellations before 45 days from arrival date is subject to 50% refund of the already paid amount.
Cancellation within 45 days from arrival date is subjected to no refund. Different agreements can be negotiated or discussed for special reasons.

The balance is required within 45 days from check in date.

If you would like to rent the villa please let me know which payment method would you prefer and I will issue the appropriate invoice.

Daily maid is included in the rental, but you should take care of the kitchen cleaning.
We provide 2 sets of linen and 2 sets of towels. When you want to change them, you can ask our staff.
Laundry is not included, you can bring it to the laundry yourself or ask our staff to do it for you.
If you ask the staff, the cost of the laundry must be paid time by time at bill cost. A little tip to our staff for this service is welcome, we don’t make money on it.
Final cleaning and laundry cost will be THB 450 (about 12 euro).
Any damage to linen and towels will be charged to you.
Smoking is not allowed in the bedroom, we ask our guest to follow this rule in respect of next guests and for safety reasons.
Electricity is not included, the counter will be checked at your check in and out date, so you will pay what you use.
Wi-Fi internet connection is available throughout the resort free of charge.
