Villa Adalia is an elegant and welcoming apartment that covers the entire top floor of an ancient country manor built on a hillside, surrounded by meadows and woods. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Adalia you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Senesi hills. Villa Adalia is 170 square meters (1830 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.9 miles) from the center of Rapolano Terme, where you will find restaurants and the shops.
Villa Adalia is located on the first floor of an ancient villa.
To stay at Villa Adalia you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a reserved parking space.


The main apartment is located upstairs, while downstairs, with separate entrance, a second apartment is occupied occasionally by the owners.

On the ground floor you will find the reception of the complex, where you  have a receptionist to provide all the information needed to fully enjoy your stay.
You will also find a comfortable room, shared with other guests of the nearby villas of the complex. In this charming room, built by the ancient cloister, you could enjoy, on request and for a fee, an excellent breakfast based on local produce.

The shared pool is surrounded by greenery, next to near farmhouse Casa Adalberto, half a mile from Villa Adalia.

You'll be guests on a typical Tuscan farm of 600 hectares. The  three historic stone houses of farm are been  transformed into a vacation homes, but was originally an old mill, a villa, and an old olive press, dating back to the 13th century. The three villas (Adalia, Adalmina and Adalberto) are set in the midst of old woods, green fields and little fishing lakes, end are situated along a private 1 kilometer-long path, each set apart from the others, and each with its own surrounding garden space. Guests are all welcome to use the lovely swimming pool, which is located near Casa Adalberto.

In addition, on the ground floor of Villa Adalia you'll find the communal reception hall, a spacious and enchanting room with stone vaults supported by columns. This room is used for welcoming guests and, on request and for a fee, for breakfast. On the ground floor you'll find also the shared laundry.

A few steps from Casa Adalberto you'll find a small ancient church, that has a romantic portico supported by four columns, which can be used for weddings and ceremonies. On the farm, you'll be able to go fishing (remember to bring your gear!); you could also go hiking or have a horseback ride.

The shared pool, surrounded by lush greenery, is located near the farmhouse Casa Adalberto, about 700 meter from Villa Adalia and 1000 meter from Casa Adalmina.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 80 centimeters (2.6 feet) to 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the Tuscan countryside. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Laundry room
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine at your disposal.  Patio
The patio is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs and deck chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Senesi hills.
Garden
The garden is 250 square meters (2690 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and deck chairs. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Tuscan countryside.
Living Room
The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terraccotta tiles. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a big and age-old fireplace made of bricks. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. In this room you will find a television. The room has two windows with a view of the vegetation and of the hills. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. The room has two windows with a view of the vegetation and of the hills. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a pouffe which unfolds in a single beds. The room has a window with a view of the vegetation and of the hills. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.

This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and large fully-enclosed shower.
