Casa Adalberto D is a pleasant and spacious apartment that is part of an ancient country house built on a hillside, surrounded by meadows and woods. It sleeps five people. From Casa Adalberto D you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Senesi hills. Casa Adalberto D is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden and winter heating.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Rapolano Terme, where you will find restaurants, the shops and public transportation.
Casa Adalberto D is located on the top floor. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up two flights of stairs (approximately 30 steps).
To stay at Casa Adalberto D you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.


The apartment is located in a beautiful stone farmhouse, already registered in 1300 and completely renovated.

You'll be guests on a typical Tuscan farm of 600 hectares. The  three historic stone houses of farm are been  transformed into a vacation homes, but was originally an old mill, a villa, and an old olive press, dating back to the 13th century. The three villas (Adalia, Adalmina and Adalberto) are set in the midst of old woods, green fields and little fishing lakes, end are situated along a private 1 kilometer-long path, each set apart from the others, and each with its own surrounding garden space. Guests are all welcome to use the lovely swimming pool, which is located near Casa Adalberto.

In addition, on the ground floor of Villa Adalia you'll find the communal reception hall, a spacious and enchanting room with stone vaults supported by columns. This room is used for welcoming guests and, on request and for a fee, for breakfast. On the ground floor you'll find also the shared laundry.

A few steps from Casa Adalberto you'll find a small ancient church, that has a romantic portico supported by four columns, which can be used for weddings and ceremonies. On the farm, you'll be able to go fishing (remember to bring your gear!); you could also go hiking or have a horseback ride.

The shared pool, surrounded by lush greenery, is located near the farmhouse Casa Adalberto, about 700 meter from Villa Adalia and 1000 meter from Casa Adalmina.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 80 centimeters (2.6 feet) to 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the Tuscan countryside. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Laundry room
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine at your disposal.  Garden
The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees. From the garden you will enjoy a pleasant view of the Tuscan countryside. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Living Room
The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling is sloping and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. The furnishings include an armchair and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate five guests. In this room you will find a television. The room has a window with a view of the countryside.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the countryside.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has a French bed (120 cm/47 inches). The room has a window with a view of the countryside.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
