Overall Property Description:
It was the common passion for sports and nature that made us come across. One Sunday, on our way back home, one of us made a proposal: Why don’t we move to Tuscany? We agreed immediately. In the beginning it just seemed to be a game. But the idea really started creeping into us: Franco, Claudio, Barbara and Isabella. After two weeks we were already looking for a farmhouse.
A year passed by visiting farmhouses of any type, then we found the Podere Pereto. Its charm and position convinced us more and more and in 1991 we left our city of origin and moved here.
We’ve worked a lot to make the house become liveable again and we are quite satisfied with the result. Today the property produces strictly organic cereals, legumes, vegetables, honey and olive oil. Our guests love the silence, the sunsets over the Crete and our heartiness.

PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER


Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.


Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.


ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES


For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.

Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:

40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,

100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
