Presented by LUXE Vacation Homes. ?Mirage? is a 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home with sparkling heated pool and waterfall spa that sleeps 9 in a quiet community. This mediterranean styled estate is located in an exclusive area of Rancho Mirage, just minutes from the River lifestyle center with wonderful restaurants, shopping and a large movie complex. El Paseo, golf and casinos are also nearby.

The main home consists of 3 bedrooms & 3.5 baths including a luxurious master suite with California King bed, fireplace, 47" wall mounted plasma TV, sitting area with computer and sliding doors to the pool. The master bath features a romantic spa jacuzzi tub, dual vanities, large shower and two walk-in closets. Two additional guest suites are located for privacy on the other side of home. Suite 2 features a California King bed, private bath with combination tub/shower and a 37" wall mounted TV with DVD. Suite 3 features a Queen bed, 32" wall mounted TV and all tiled bath and shower. The great room is perfect for entertaining with a large stone fireplace, built-in 55" LCD TV and 2 leather reclining sectionals. The formal dining room overlooks the courtyard fountain and has a spacious wet bar/butler's pantry. The gourmet kitchen has slab granite, two islands with a total of 4 bar stools, Subzero refrigerator, all Wolf appliances and a kitchen table with seating for 6. Dining area opens up to the patio. The home also has an extensive whole house water filtration system. The casita/guest house has a California King bed, 47" wall mounted TV/DVD, walk in closet, beautiful all stone bathroom and opens to the courtyard and water fountain.

The outdoors features a private 1/2 acre with breathtaking mountain views, pebble tech saltwater pool and spa, commercial grade misting system, outdoor fans, state of the art sound system inside and out, BBQ and 6 lounge chairs to work on your tan. Dine outside at the outdoor dining table for 6, or the table off the kitchen also with seating for 6.

Beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the huge family room that opened to the kitchen. Love the stove. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of space for the 10 guests.
