In summertime 4+4 person. 35 km south-east of Savonlinna, L.Puruvesi/Sorvaslahti bay 30 m, soft, deep, sanded mud bottom, own boat. Log cottage 1987, living room/kitchen, bedroom double bed. Upstairs 2 beds and convertible sofa/double bed, sauna, washroom shower and WC, porch, terrace, balcony. Two-storied outbuilding in the summer bedroom 2 beds: upstairs summer lounge; another bedroom is used by the owner.
Playhouse.
Storeroom, woodshed and outdoor toilet. Hand-hewn roundlog cottage on grassed, forested 1 hectare plot on slope. Bathroom surface-renovated 2004. Upstairs is single open space. Drinking water must be fetched by customer from Shell surface station/S-Market 5 km. Wireless 3 G network.

The outbuilding is in use only in summertime (15.5-15.9). Outbuilding has electric light and heater. Nearest neighbour 40 m, visible only from upper part of yard, own shore is very private. On jetty sounds can be heard from main road (road no. 14) and railway (0.5 km); traffic also partly visible from jetty. Aircraft sounds also sometimes heard from small plane airstrip (0.4 km). Car park in winter 50 m (behind a very sharp curve). For children e.g. swings, playhouse, sand pile, travel bed, baby feeding chair. 2 bicycles, 2 kicksleds, 2 simple sledges, 2 aquajogging/water running exercise belts and water toys are included in rent. Fishing equipment for winter and summer (fishing rods) in use.
