60 km northeast of Oulu, Lake Panumajärvi 50 m (length 3.7 km, width 1.7 km), shore in shared use, own boat. There is a small village road between the cottage and the shore. Shallow and sandy public beach 400 m.
Log cabin, paneled inside, built in 1996, kitchen-living room, bedroom with 2 beds (bedded in a double bed), bedroom with 2 beds, loft (floor area 20 m²) with single bed and 120 cm width bed, open porch, balcony. There is a sink and a drain in the cottage, but not running water. Standpipe in the yard (distance 10 m) to get water to the cottage and to the sauna.
There is also an older small cottage (20 m²): living room with 2 bunks, kitchenette. There is electric light and electric heating in smaller cottage. Kitchenette is equipped with electric stove, microwave, coffee maker and water kettle. Fireplace also in a small cottage.
A separate outdoor sauna: a steam room (wood-heated stove with a water tank) and a dressing room. Grill hut and smoking oven. Few building's combination in a quiet location. 4 bikes for guests to use.
River Iijoki and rapids Kipinänkosket -fishing areas 8 km.
Niemitalo Lappish bread cheese -cafe 15 km (mini market and cafe-restaurant), Spa Oulu Eden 60 km. Pudasjärvi center 40 km, Oulu 60 km.
