The location is great if you love golf, and it is also close to some nice beaches and stores. There is a little ocean view from the living room and balcony, so that's a plus. The condo pretty much has everything you need including hair dryer and laundry detergent, which I didn't expect at all. The refrigerator went out on our third day and we did loose some fresh food items. The carpet at the entrance was severly damaged and covered with a throw rug. In several doorways carpet tacks were exposed and were a safety issue when having to walk barefoot in the condo. We did contact maintenance and these issues were resolved promptly but not something we wanted to deal with on our vacation, but would not keep us from returning. Sandy got me a 3 BR here and the price was right, so here I am. No view, but I've seen the ocean before. Spa is very good. It was spotless, beautifully decorated with a well-stocked kitchen and a lovely lanai. Our only complaint is the mattress in the master bedroom which is very uncomfortable. Although it is distant, it still adds to the charm. The only negatives were a small ant problem, which we were able to handle with the Raid provided by the owners. Also, we tried to save a little money by cooking in, but he pots and pans were not up to par with the rest of the condo. Other than those minor things, we were very pleased with our accomodations. We were allowed a very late checkout on our day of departure, which was a big help, as our flight wasn't scheduled to leave until 10:00 PM.
