Very convenient to have a washer and dryer in unit. Location is wonderful. Our girls loved the pool. We Love Kauai Michelle M. from Santa Clara, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in February, 2013 It really would have been nice if beach blankets and beach chairs had been provided. Also, there was a plumbing issue in the master bath during the middle of our stay (hot water faucet threads were stripped so couldn't turn hot water on). It's the downstairs unit, so if you have issues with people making noise above you, be aware. Also, master bedroom right next to drainage spout for roof. It rains a lot, especially at night, so you can hear the water coming down the spout. Not necessarily a negative, but FYI.Other than that, we had a great time and the location was just what we wanted. OK Budget Rental A guest from Gladstone, Michigan does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in February, 2013 The bathroom definitely could have used a more thorough cleaning. There was a good amount of hair on the toilet and in the shower from (hopefully) the previous guests. Otherwise it was a good distance from the water which you could see on a short walk. The couch was comfortable and the bed was large. I'd probably stay somewhere else next time - mostly due to the lack of cleanliness, state of the appliances and fixtures, and the fact that I just didn't enjoy the cul-de-sac feel of Princeville itself. Kauai was Great A guest from Goldendale, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 13 days in January, 2013 Everything about the condo itself was great...loved the birds and chickens that visited us daily on the patio. The upstairs neighbors were very loud and partied a lot, enough to be annoying...and we understand you have no control over things like that. Thanks for a nice place to stay!
