At checkout there were regular daily fees as well as a checkout fee required. You did not indicate earlier that such fees were required, when we paid for the unit. I was able to enjoy my short stay without worrying about anything. The accommodations were perfect and very clean, the unit even smelled pleasant. The room was spacious, but the so-called "kitchen" consisted of a small refrigerator, tiny microwave, a few dishes, one fork, a couple of knives and forks and a platter, all stuck in a closet. A guest from Olympia, WA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2011 Several maintenance issues. Bathroom fans seemed to have no draw, tested with kleenex, one hair dryer not working, mismatched glasses, refrigerator leaking rusty water inside the main area. Also rusty on the out side in several places.Compared to other units we saw - no condiments, kitchen plastic bags etc. It really is a pain to have to restock all those things only to have them taken at the end of a stay. Other units had these items available. Also other units were much more elegant. On the positive side there seemed to be internet service but there was no instructions before that it was available.
