Casa Matilde is a graceful apartment built on the sloping cliff in front of the sea. It sleeps five people. From Casa Matilde you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi. Casa Matilde is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features nice private terraces with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be approximately 50 meters (165 feet) from Praiano, where you will find restaurants, the shops and the SITA bus stop. You will reach Casa Matilde from the street level going up a walkway that includes approximately 66 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Matilde. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, free of charge or for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).
Terrace
You will be able to enter the terrace from the living room through a French door. It is shaded by an characteristic arched roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi.
Living Room
The living room is paved with lucid blue majolica tiles. The furnishings are comfortable. The furnishings include an armchair and a divan bed for one guest. There is a fireplace. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room has a large panoramic window with a view of the sea and of the island of Li Galli.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a toaster. There is a table to seat four guests.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
