Villa Fucsia is a bright and elegant independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From Villa Fucsia you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi. Villa Fucsia is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a wide private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the heart of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, the shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find a grocery store at 100 meters (330 feet), the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Praiano line at 50 meters (165 feet) and the closest beach (Marina di Praia Beach) at roughly 700 meters (770 yards).
Villa Fucsia is located on the bottom floor of an ancient building. You will reach it walking past a small entrance gate and going down a short walkway that cuts through the terrace and includes approximately 18 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Fucsia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).
Terrace
The terrace is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. The terrace is equipped with a wickerwork sofa and two armchairs, as well as with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and two sun loungers. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa and an armchair. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television and a CD player. From the living room you will be able to enter the balcony with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a toaster. The kitchen has a window with a view of the sea.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is a nice fireplace, for decorative purposes only. The furnishings include a sofa and a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a balcony with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
