Casa Aloe is a charming independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From Casa Aloe you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi. Casa Aloe is 65 square meters (700 square feet). It features a wide private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the center of Praiano, a few steps from restaurants, the shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 150 meters (490 feet), a grocery store at 100 meters (330 feet), the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Praiano line at 50 meters (165 feet) and the closest beach at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles). You will reach Casa Aloe from the street level going up a 50-meters (165-feet) public walkway that includes approximately 110 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Aloe. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).
Terrace
The terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, four sun loungers and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi.
Living Room
The living room is paved with hand-made tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, a gas oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television, a DVD player and a CD player with FM radio. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through a double-glazed French door.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two armchairs. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a safe.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested. The furnishings include an armchair. The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the sea and of the terrace. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid hand-made majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Other roomsLaundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the corridor. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
