Casa Anita is a bright and sunny apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From Casa Anita you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Casa Anita is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a spacious private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, the shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line a few meters (feet) away.
Casa Anita is located on the third floor of an ancient building. You will reach it from the street level going up four flights of stairs (approximately 60 steps). Because of the street below, at times some traffic noise can be heard.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Anita. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller).
Terrace
The terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch made of stone. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.
Living Room
The living room is paved with hand-made tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are elegant and bright. The furnishings include a sofa and a desk. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate seven guests. In this room you will find a large flat-screen satellite television and a DVD player. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television. The room has a large panoramic window with a view of the countryside and a side view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is tiled with lucid hand-made majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a Jacuzzi bathtub. The bathroom has an arched window with a view of the sea and of the coastline. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is tiled with lucid hand-made majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. The bathroom has a window with a view of the countryside and of the village. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
