Casa Premia is a bright and cheerful apartment located on a hillside, facing the sea. It sleeps four people. From Casa Premia you will enjoy a broad view of the Mediterranean sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Casa Premia is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline.
You will be approximately 100 meters (330 feet) from Praiano, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus Positano - Praiano line a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at roughly 800 meters (half a mile) including 400 stairway steps. You will reach Casa Premia from the street level going down approximately 87 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Premia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 300 meters (330 yards), for a fee, in a reserved parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller). Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you. Alternatively, you can park along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).
Terrace
The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the living room and from the bedroom. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.
Living Room
The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The ceiling boasts a cross vault. The furnishings are modern and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The room also has an arched window with a view of the sea. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid and sea green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a large open shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom climbing 4 steps. Here you will also find a washing machine.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid and blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
