Casa Zenia A is a splendid apartment located on a hillside, facing the sea. It sleeps six people. From Casa Zenia A you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. Casa Zenia A is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 600 meters (660 yards) from Positano, where you will find restaurants and the shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line and the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Positano line at 200 meters (660 feet) and the closest beach (Fornillo Beach) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach Casa Zenia A from the street level going up a private walkway that cuts through a garden and includes approximately 130 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Zenia A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a garage. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.
Terrace
The terrace is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch and by a pergola. The terrace is equipped with masonry sofas, as well as with a table, chairs and an external shower. Here you will also find a portable barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. The terrace, which is for your exclusive use, is occasionally crossed by the guest of one other nearby apartment in order to reach their accommodations.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television. The room has a window overlooking the terrace. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The furnishings are elegant. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid hand-made majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The furnishings are elegant. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
Other roomsLaundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the terrace climbing 12 steps. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal.
