Villa Ilizia is a splendid apartment that is part of a villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Ilizia you will have a pleasant view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. Villa Ilizia is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It features a spacious private terrace with a view of the sea and winter heating.
You will be in the center of Positano, where you will find restaurants and the shops. You will find the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Positano line at 200 meters (660 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia Grande di Positano) at 450 meters (approximately 490 yards).
Villa Ilizia is located on the first floor of an ancient villa. You will reach it from the street level along a private walkway that includes approximately 25 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Ilizia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it downtown, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).
Terrace
The terrace is 250 square meters (2690 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant porch. It is equipped with a table, chairs, two deck chairs, two sun loungers and an external shower. From the terrace you will have a fascinating view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles with inlaid hand-made mayolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are elegant and bright, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. In this room you will find a flat-screen television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room and from the corridor. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. From the dining room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and other small appliances. There is a table to seat three guests.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from another corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with fixed shower head.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room and from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two armchairs. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the kitchen. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
