Villa Cuore is a charming independent house built sheer above the sea. It sleeps two people. From Villa Cuore you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coast, from Positano to the island of Capri. Villa Cuore is 40 square meters (430 square feet). It features two nice private terraces with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be roughly 800 meters (half a mile) from Positano, where you will find restaurants, the shops and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the local bus and the SITA bus a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach at 250 meters (approximately 820 feet) including 300 stairway steps. You will reach Villa Cuore from the street level going down a walkway that is cut into the rocky cliff and includes approximately 70 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Cuore. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, in a private parking lot. The parking space is suitable for small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller).
Terrace 1
The first terrace is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. You will reach it going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 50 steps. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coast, from Positano to the island of Capri.
Terrace 2
The second terrace is 5 square meters (53 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the kitchen through a French door. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the sea.
Kitchen
The kitchen is paved with hand-made majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). There is a table to seat two guests. From the kitchen a double-glazed French door will take you to a small terrace with a view of the sea and of Positano. The room has a double-glazed large panoramic window with a view of the sea.
Bedroom
The bedroom is paved with lucid sky-blue majolica tiles. The furnishings are elegant and bright. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a wickerwork sofa. In this room you will find a satellite television and a CD player with FM radio. The room has three double-glazed arched windows with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid hand-made majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the bedroom.
