Situated on a hill, quiet and in a sunny position, with splendid sea view of the Golfo dei Poeti and Lerici. The house is only accessible on foot via a pathway of approx. 300 m, or equally via a small flight of 180 steps. 1 private parking space is available from where the pathway leaves, also you can park the car on the hill road, at the bottom of the steps. Shops, grocers and restaurants approx. 3 km. Please note: car is necessary.
