This is a gorgeous top floor 3BR/3BA unit at Cinnamon Shore Town Circle, building three, spread over two stories. Furnished and decorated by a top Austin designer every detail has been well thought out ? from custom furniture and decorations throughout to practical elements like HDTV?s in every room, an extensively equipped kitchen, new appliances throughout and a washer/dryer right in the unit. It is one of the largest 3BR floor plans and perfect for big groups, couples or families vacationing together. If you want the nicest unit at Cinnamon Shore, this is it.

Entering the unit the first thing you will notice is the large open plan kitchen and the dining and great room to your left. The kitchen features custom cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances along with a huge selection of new pots, pans, cookware and small appliances. The great room features a large sectional couch, comfy accent chairs for additional seating and a built-in couch/twin-sized day bed.

To the right of the entry is a king-sized bedroom complete with a large custom bathroom, shower, and walk-in closet and one of the four wall-mounted HDTVs with DirecTV. As you walk through the living room you'll see the large outdoor porch with several rocking chairs and to your right there is a queen-sized bedroom complete with large bathroom, shower and closet. Up the stairs to the second level your kids will be thrilled to see the huge bunk room with six twin beds, its own large bathroom and details like a flat-screen TV with DirecTV, PS3, bean-bag chairs and family-friendly board games. Cinnamon Shore is the newest and most exclusive beach-front resort community in Texas. It sits on a large stretch of beach accessed by two bridges over the dunes. Our stay at Cinnamon Shores was pretty good. However when we arrived to our condo, the floors were extremely dirty. Our kids barefoot feet were black after the first hour of being in the house. We called turnkey to have them send someone back out to clean the floors. Someone came out to clean them two days later. The TVs/direct tv kept having issues too. They sent someone out there to repair them too. The condo is quite far from the beach. We rented a golf cart though and that helped. The rooms were nice, the kitchen was nice and the restaurant across from the condos, Lisabellas, was delicious! For those of you with babies, they have a pack and play and a high chair so no need to bring your own. Turnkey customer service department is great! Very friendly and prompt responses every time I had to call them.

Awesome place to stay in Port Aransas, Tx. This is the best place to stay on the Texas coast period! It should be an annual rite of passage for any family to vacation here!!

Labor day Weekend 2014

We stayed here for Labor Day weekend and were very happy. We had 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the room with bunk beds upstairs and the adults liked having our own private bathrooms and bedrooms. I have 2 complaints: one is the signage is terrible. It was hard to find the building numbers (especially since we didn't arrive until after dark). The other is parking. The parking spots were not numbered where they were easy to find, and when we did find ours, someone was already parked there. We took another tandem spot with our 2 cars and attempted to call the management but no one answered. Fortunately we were not towed! Overall, we like this place and would come back

Great rental property! Delivered as advertised. Neighboring renters were very loud even into the early morning hours but overall we enjoyed our stay. Accessory rental pricing was higher than most other options (beach karts, bikes, beach chairs, etc.) so that was a negative. Would recommend my friends.

This was a very nice condo. Well kept, clean & new. Overall we had a great experience just wish we had a little better view. The condo had everything we needed. Keep in mind the condo sleeps 11 and only has 1,650 s.f. When everyone was in, it seemed to get a little cramped resulting in the kids pretty much staying upstairs. It's really a maximum of 4 adults in the 2 bdrms downstairs. The condo has adjoining walls to neighboring condos, and for most of one night & day was totally incredibly loud. Kids wrestling, stomping, & running up & down stairs. The headboard in our room was literally moving. We called and thank goodness this unit was managed by Flipkey and they called. It did get better.This is a top notch vacation "resort" like subdivision. Professionally managed & maintained. Grounds are well kept with 2 pools, restaurant, & gym. Lots of activities for the kids. Not on the beach, but the walk to the beach wasn't bad. Highly recommend this area for rental.

Overall this is a great condo! The elevator was great to have since it is on the 3rd floor...a little slow but you still had it! We had 2 families staying...one family of 4 and one family of 5. Plenty of room for the kids upstairs to sleep and hang out. The upstairs does get a bit hot no matter how much you turned the AC down. The kitchen was stocked well with plenty of pots and pans. They are lacking for mixing bowls, mixing spoons and a drink pitcher. We resolved it by going to the IGA and purchasing what I needed. There are only 2 big complaints I would really have. That is the parking and signage! You get 2 parking spaces but they are one behind the other. The parking on the opposite side I believe was a private home but when they park golf carts out behind the parked cars it makes things very tight to get in and out. When you have large trucks, SUV's and then add golf carts to the mix...having the one behind the other parking is not the best. As for signage...Cinnamon Shores main sign off of Hwy.361 you can barely see. They have planted a shrub right in front of it! The building numbers and the parking spot number are not maintained either. We had to physically get out of the car and walk into the spot to read it...they need to repaint them and put it in larger print. Overall it was a very relaxing vacation and we enjoyed staying in such a nice place.

Condo was beautiful,everything we needed. Also the pools were wonderful. The grounds were also great. The play area was nice. We were not there for the movie night,but I'm sure it would of been great. The only thing I would want is a playground for the kids.

Great experience at Cinnamon Shores! We found the condo to be well stocked with essentials. Rooms were clean and neat. The arrangement of the rooms provided excellent privacy for three couples and two children. We rented a golf cart for trips to the beach which was really handy. I highly recommend using Texas Red Golf Carts & more in Port A. Not only did they offer free delivery and pick-up, they were extremely nice. They even left the cart for extra time at no charge! The area does have some construction going on, but it was not distracting. The swimming pools and the small fishing pond were added bonuses. We make yearly trips to Port A and this is our favorite place to stay so far. We are planning a return trip to Cinnamon Shores.

Inside, the place is terrific. The experience will be great when the construction is over. We would have loved it. But weren't prepared for the full on earth movers, nail guns, blowers, hollering and truck traffic that surrounded our day from early morning to late afternoon.

Not What I Expected

My arrival was at 9:15 pm & I was not able to located the condo due to the fact that none of the buildings were marked with an address at all, lighting was very poor too. Once I was told by the answering service how and what building it was I could not find the elevator and my condo was on the 3rd floor. No one on site to help me and the answering service did not know either...reason it could not be found is because it is not clearly marked, the elevator has no identifying signs on outside door entrance and the elevator door in the foyer was the same as all the condo doors and had a 1" X 6" sign on it. It took me 1 1/2 hours to gain access to my condo as I can not climb stairs due to a disability. I was told to just take the stairs by one of the girls at the answering service and also advised to get out of my truck and walk through the dimly lit corridor's to search for the elevator even after I told them I was not comfortable doing so because there was a man watching me in the parking lot. On Monday morning I was abruptly awakened by the construction crew working on the property with hammering, nail guns, saws, drills, yelling and very LOUD music at 7:30 a.m. this continued all morning long until I left. The property was pretty, the condo was excellent, the walk to the beach pleasant but I would not have rented it if I had known there was no security on the property and construction going on! I was refunded only $100 of my money for all the inconvenience's and I did not get to do much writing, which is why I went there in the first place, with all the frustration of gaining access to the condo and the dang construction! I sent pics of the stupid elevator issues to Erica to review too.A detailed map of the property needs to be given to the renter's and we should have been advised that the property was under construction.
