This wonderful condo is located on the 1st floor of the beachfront building in fabulous Sea Isle Village. The master bedroom has a 2 full beds with a private bath. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a bath located right outside the bedroom in the hall. The open livingroom and kitchen is a great place for gathering. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook your catch of the day and the dining room has plenty seating for everyone. This unit has a spacious patio that overlooks the beach and the sand dunes. There are 2 TV's in the unit and one DVD player. This spacious condo sleeps 6 guests. Sorry pets are not allowed and smoking is permitted outside only. Although not upscale as the sping break $$ would make you believe, the condo was clean with parking right outside the door. We felt safe and at home. There were a couple of issues (A/C & Water). However, the management staff took care of them right away. Approx a 3 min walk from our back door to the beach. This condo is located on the 1st floor, no ocean view because of the dunes. The pool was right outside our front door. Disappointing that the pool closed at 5PM daily, since it stayed light until almost 9PM with the time change.Overall a nice stay with helpful friendly staff at the condo office. Sea Isle not the same as it used to be A guest from Austin, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in July, 2012 My family has stayed at Sea Isle for many years but we will not be returning. This particular unit has not been renovated and was very dissapointing. Also, I do not like the change that you no longer receive fresh towels daily or that you are responsible for taking out the garbage...I can do laundry and trash duty at home but not on my vacation. Also, there seems to be a breakdown between the off site management and management on premises. Overall, I would just say that the quality had declined significantly from years past and unfortunately it looks like I will have to find another place to stay when I visit Port A. If you go out to dinner you probably will not have a parking place when you get back.The patio was not clean and the patio furniture was shabby.The master bedroom door stuck and did not close properly. Stayed for 3 days in June, 2012 We have stayed at the Sea Isle village for several years during the summer. This year was not a pleasant experience since it is now under a management company. There was no daily towel service, no ice maker or ice trays. This particular unit had a musty, putrid smell to it. We were charged for an ocean view, however when you went out on the back patio the view was of the complex next to Sea Isle. Only after reserving the unit and giving our credit card number and making a deposit did we find out that we would be charged a fee for maid service and a fee for damage liability non of which would be reimbursed. After check in and final payment we were given a list of check out procedures,which included take out trash, run dishwasher etc. These fees and check out procedures should be listed on the web site BEFORE being required to give deposit. The board walk was also over run with weeds from the sand dunes. I would not recommend this unit or this complex.
