Private: garden with lawn, plants and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, 01.01.-30.12.). Pergola, garden furniture. In the house: laundry. Linen change weekly. Parking by the house in the grounds. Shop 3 km, grocers 3 km, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 3 km, sandy beach "Platja de Port de Pollença" 3 km. Please note: car essential.

Resort: Well-known resort with 17'000 inhabitants in the northern part, 50 km from Palma de Mallorca. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. For arrivals by plane: airport Palma de Mallorca (pmi) 50 km. Pollenta offers the vistors a great association of sea and mountain, very rich botanic area, ideal for the nature lovers. The town is formed by former villages Pollenta, Puerto Pollenta and Cala Sant Vicente. Places of interest: the Roman bridge, the Museum of Pollenta, House-Museum Dionfs Bennassar. International music festival in summer. The major celebration takes place the first week of August: Festa de la Patronna.
