Entering Amazing Views Hale is a monumental treat for the senses! Exhilarating 270 degree views of crescent shaped white sand beaches, two famous surf spots, and sunrise to sunset views over the Pacific coastline surround this eclectic two story beach house. Amazing Views Hale is circa 1960's archtiecture and is situated on the highpoint of the Crater Rim Road, thus the spectacular scenery, all the while an easy 5 minute walk to Poipu's best beaches.

The kitchen, living and dining areas open to the 2nd floor lanai and feature an incredible panorama of ocean vistas, swaying palms, and a variety of sealife, including Kauai's humpback whales during the winter season.

The master suite of this enjoyable vacation home has a king bed and opens to the ground floor lanai, lap pool, hot tub, BBQ, and landscaped, private, outdoor shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom with den has a full bed and a queen bed. These two rooms are connected to a bath and can be closed off to become a private suite, which also opens to the lap pool and hot tub lanai.Cooling tropical trade breezes permeate the home through the many windows. Amazing Views Hale is well-stocked with many amenities, including beach towels, snorkle gear, beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, and binoculars. This home is meticulously maintained and is furnished in a vintage Hawaiiana theme.

"Incredible! Amazing Views Hale was all and more than we could have asked for, a combination of comfort, luxury, great location and spectacular views. Every thought was put into what we would need and it was supplied, from snorkeling equipment to binoculars for whale watching from the deck. The lap pool was refreshing and the hot tub was welcome after the nights turned cooler. It boasts the most jaw-dropping views of Kauai's south shore. The comfy furniture provided many evenings of relaxing with a cocktail while watching gorgeous hawaiian sunsets. Watching the ocean was such a treat from my normal Rocky Mountains view. Can't wait to come back and take my seat on the lanai to watch the sunsets again! The inside is much more toned down than it appears. The only thing we did think was that it was on the beach, but it's about a 10-15 minute walk down the hill. It was BIG - even though there was only 2 of us. It was laid out nicely with the bedrooms at street level and the living and kitchen (and a 3rd full bathroom) upstairs. The views are remarkable. We watched the moon go down the first morning. Then we turned around and watch the sun come up. Sunsets were right over the water and the rainbows were frequent (double ones even). THe hot tub was fantastic. The pool was a little chilly but perfect for cooling off after the hot tub. It was furnished wonderfully and the structure has lots of REAL WOOD. Lest you think I'm a relative (therefor biased), I would have preferred a gas range (I like to cook a lot) and the router needed to be reset once in a while. Neither of these things detracted from our stay at all. It (and the area) was quiet. After seeing the whole island, we are also sold on the Poipu area. We totally recommend this place. The house gets very hot in the afternoon sun. Plan to leave. We never used the spa or lap pool. Super small ants in the kitchen, but not particularly annoying. No premium cable channels, no DVR. Easy access to beaches. Dining has improved on Kauai south shore. Dondero's at the Hyatt is 5 star. Our group consisted of four adults and three teenagers. This house exceeded everyone's expectations. Everyone had a comfortable and private place to sleep, the house had everything we needed - and more, and I cannot say enough how beautiful the views are. We spent so much time just staring out the windows and sitting on the lanai, overlooking the beach and the mountains. A picture-perfect sunset every night and we didn't have to leave our seat! The location of the house was perfect; all our sightseeing and adventures were easily reachable and it always felt like home when we came back at the end of the day.
