Hard on Smokers Ronald K. from Henderson, NV recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2012 I have been to Poipu Kapili many times in the past, but the last time was 8 years ago, due to many different reasons, regarding work. I am a smoker, and have never smoked in any of the units I have stayed in. I was content to go outside on my own units patio over the years, but now you say I can't. I have always been a conscientious smoker when others are around, so as not to bother them. I can understand not smoking at the pool or other areas on property, but I see no harm in the occasional cigarett on your own patio, as long as you don't leave ashes or butts on the ground, which I never do,as I travel with a special ashtray to prevent this from occuring.I am sorry, but I don't see the harm in this, as long as you are outside, and no one else is around.
