Unit Description:
The building entrance is a large arch shaped wooden door that leads to a gallery/corridor with an arched ceiling. On the left is a skylight and an arch shaped doorway that leads to the corridor with a sand blasted red ceiling and terracotta floor and 5 rooms of the apartment. At the end of the corridor is the bathroom with shower.
On the left is a bed room with a double bed and a sofa bed, a desk, an early 1900 cupboard and a wardrobe. The room is light and airy due to the south facing windows overlooking Via San Giuseppe and enhanced by the curved ceiling and terracotta floor. Opposite this room is a painted glass door leading to storage space.
Further down the corridor on the right is the second bedroom with a double bed, two desks, an antique chest of drawers with mirror and a built in wardrobe. The room is north facing and the window overlooks the garden in the buildings central courtyard. The ceiling has exposed beams and the floor is in terracotta.
Opposite the second bedroom is the living room. There is a cooking angle in Swedish pine providing two gas burners, a microwave oven, a fridge and a sink.
In the living room there is a T.V. with DVD player, a dining table an antique display cabinet, a sofa and an armchair. The ceiling is arched and the floor in terracotta. The room is south facing with the window overlooking Via San Giuseppe
The windows overlooking Via San Giuseppe are recessed into the very thick walls and reached by carved stone steps.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and gives the impression of having stepped back in time.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an ex convent, built in the 1600's, located within the city walls of Pisa. Amongst the features of this apartment are the arched ceilings with exposed beams and the terracotta tiled floors. Some of the furniture is early 1900.

In case of 7 nights rental, the owner will charge 6 nights!
IMPORTANT: the owner requires that the arrival time to this house is communicated at least one week before check-in date!

PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER
Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.
Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.
ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES
For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.
Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:
40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,
100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
