Couple suggestions!! Jolane G. from Phoenix, AZ recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in February, 2011 I would definately recommend upgrading the kitchenware in the property as well as dish towels, garbage bags & some everyday spices for cooking. Other than these couple items we love renting the cabin. It's spacious, clean & relaxing. Carla G. from Chandler, AZ does not recommend this property. Stayed for 30 days in September, 2010 Danny Hawkins was a dissapointment as a property manager. The home was filthy!The land telephone line never worked.There was not computer modem.The stereo/radio did not work.The TV remote control does not work properly one needs to go to the TV to change channels and volume.The air conditioner did not work, during the day it was 80 to 84 degrees.What was promised and what we contracted for were not recieved. I was very frustrated and VERY DISSAPOINTED. When I called Danny (after he returned from Hawaii) and I mentioned these things he said "use your cell phone and floor fans!". He said goodbye. When I delt with Amanda Lynn, Brandon and Darbi they were WONDERFUL and represent your company well. They did there best to help me out (while Danny was gone) but their hands were tied as to being able to help with the telephone, air conditioning, modem, stereo and TV situtation. They really care for your company and the satisfaction and comfort of your clients. PLEASE tell them THANK YOU again from me.Carla T. It was warm and cozy and completely equipped for our needs. Location was also a plus, not far from the ski resort. The gas fireplace came in real handy after a day of skiing.
