poor property management,nice view,mice,roof leak,see thru blinds A guest from Tucson, AZ does not recommend this property. Stayed for 64 days in July, 2012 Property manager rude,inaccessible(maternity leave w/o back-up). Sent contractor without call confirming we would be home. House had mice before/during our stay, roof leak, garage door opener conked out, most blinds don't work. Property manager overcharged $100's in rent to our credit card, 3 weeks late, and balked at supplying a receipt. Finale was 2nd unauthorized cc transaction crediting my pre-paid deposit for next summer(2013), attempting to cancel a contract for no valid reason. Our 3rd summer staying at this cabin, so I was shocked at the PM's poor service,unfriendly communication and treatment of a responsible,repeat tenant. The cabin was clean and the few problems we encountered with appliances were addressed immediately by Amanda and the management company. The location was both convenient and what we enjoy most about being in the high country, great views and the loudest noises we heard were the colorful birds in a serene setting.
