We had our own balcony overlooking a creek. You are right in the heart of Pigeon Forge where it's like a concrete jungle. But with the creek and the trees, you really felt like you were in nature. Our Condo Experience A guest from Columbiana, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 14 days in March, 2012 Overall it was a good experience. However, for a "brand new condo" the massive scratched furniture in a small place was a bit much. One had to be a giant to use the master shower which was not suitable for a woman without getting her hair drenched. Far too many decorative bed pillows with nowhere to put them except the floor. Stovetop needed cleaning & poor dusting was apparent. A large open safety pin was found on the carpet. Suggestions would be to put hooks on the back of bedroom/bathroom doors for hanging clothes & better lighting by the sofas.On the plus side, the cleaning team was very helpful, the location was great, nice refrigerator, good dishwasher & everything else we needed to be comfortable. We wanted something more comfortable than a motel & this fit the bill. Thanks for a nice visit! First time staying at the Condos... Connie C. from Ruscom, ON recommends this property. The condos were great because of the location, layout, ammenities, view, etc. Condo was handicap accessiable which was a real bonus. Only decision for our next vacation is whether or not to stay at a cabin or at the condos. Well done again Elk Springs we will be back!
