Separate lakeshore sauna (25 m²) with room with fireplace, sauna room, porch, sauna has cold water pipe and shower. Hot water for shower comes from tank on roof. Cottage also has outdoor shower with hot water supply from heated tank. Yard area level and grassed, located on shore which receives evening sunlight; plot covers 1.5 ha at end of promontory, bordered by golf course. Lake Luodonjärvi is a freshwater basin with connections, via locks, to the sea in the Gulf of Bothnia. Owner rents out a battery-powered outboard motor, windsurf board and bicycles and can arrange fishing trips to the sea. Fishing guide will fetch guests from the cottage. By boat to fish restaurant at Storströmmen 3.5 km, Fäboda sandy beaches and restaurant 20 km, Mässkär old pilot’s station/restaurant, transport from harbour, The Arctic Museum 10 km.
