The garden is well kept and provides a beautiful pool for the sole use of the guests. This villa is elegantly furnished and offers all comforts. The location allows to easily reach the charming towns of the region like Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Montepulciano as well as Bagni Vignone, Bagni di San Flippo and Chianciano Terme with nice spas.
The access to the villa is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Pienza with all kinds of shops 3 km away, Bagni Vignone with spas 5 km, San Quirico d'Orcia 6 km away, Montepulciano 12 km, Chianciano Terme 25 km, Siena 40 km away, Chiusi with railway station (trains to Rome and to Florence) 35 km, Florence 125 km away, Rome 200 km away.
At guests disposal: large furnished garden, private swimming-pool (4 x 18 m - maximum depth 1,8 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09) set in very panoramic location, barbecue. The villa provides a washing-machine, air-conditioning and wi-fi internet connection (only in an area of the house on the side of the swimming-pool). Parking within the grounds.
A crib, a baby bed and a high-chair are available free of charge.
Extra services to be paid on the spot: Maid service available by arrangement (€ 12,- / per hour). Cook service for nice dinners available upon request (€ 23,- / per hour plus the cost for the food). Massages € 70,- for 50 minutes.
