Downstairs: living room/ kitchen (40m2), sauna, washroom, glazed porch. Separate outbuilding, living room, bedroom double bed and 2 extra beds, terrace. At other end of outbuilding hobby/keep fit room. Separate shore sauna with electricity and washroom (shower). In room with fireplace in the shore sauna 2 extra beds and in the sleeping loft 2 mattresses. Spacious 3-storey old-pine log chalet on slope above lake shore. With 3 WCs. Location also includes log outbuilding, separate shore sauna and grill tepee. Between main chalet and shore is lawn, garden plants and shrubs. Water deepens rather rapidly but next to jetty is a shallow sanded area for small children. Location also suitable for groups for conferences and parties. By arrangement, meal services. For conferences AV equipment is available. Chalet has karaoke equipment. At other end of separate outbuilding is hobby/ keep-fit room with e.g. exercise bike, stepper, keep-fit bench, rowing machine, loom. Owner can arrange for fishing programmes, including spoon trolling, trident fishing at night, winter net fishing, 'pilkki' ice hole fishing, and one-day seine fishing. Owner also rents out motor boat, canoes and bicycles, as well as shotguns for skeet range (note: licences required). Sights include Lepikon torppa at Pielavesi 47 km, chainsaw museum 44 km, Paljakka bare rocky mountain, panoramic viewpoint 25 km, Kiuruvesi's museums, churches and monuments 33 -35 km. Final cleaning payment 110 euros in weekend is obligatory. Final cleaning in week bookings €166,66. Check in/ out Friday. At period 15.3..-31.10. maximum amount of people 8+8.
