Cottage has underfloor heating, mechanical ventilation, central vacuum cleaner, fridge 270 l / freezer 180 l. NOT PETS ALLOWED. Location in countryside, pine forest in the grounds. Short slope to shore, steps on the way.
Smoke sauna can be booked at extra cost, qwner rents out electric outboard motors, 4 hp outboard motor and canoes. Guided motorboat rides.
Havukka island (3 km away) where possibility for boat landing, shelter for shared use.
During Christmas time there is a Christmas tree in the cottage. Also possibility for Santa Claus visits (for extra charge, to be agreed with the owner).
