The Estate was built in the 1600s and it was restructured a few times all through the centuries; owned by Nobles and the Florentine clergy, is located on the beautiful hilltop of Chianti at 500 meters high.
The estate is newly renewed into comfortable and elegant country houses; Arcadia, Esperidi, Elai, Galatea and Maia, all have amazing views, surrounded by a gorgeous park of Olive trees, Vineyards, Orchard trees, an organic vegetable garden, a small "aromatic corner" and a vast wood.
The property is surrounded by a gorgeous park of Olive trees, Vineyards and Orchards with all kinds of comforts in which everyone can relax and enjoy the sounds of nature or take a swim in the private swimming pool (12X8 mt). Nearby the pool, there is a 500 SQM Solarium equipped with deck chairs, tables, gazebo, etc. facing the marvellous Valley of Arno.
Entertainments like Calcio balilla and Table-Tennis are available for the youngster; slide and swings for the children.
The Gym (professional tapis roulant, stepper, cardiovascular bike, weights, bench) Mountain bike rental.
Barbeque are also available for all our guests
We speak perfect Italian/Spanish/English and some French/German. Our staff can arrange transfers with private cars and drivers to/from all Italian cities and airports. Tips and suggestions on how to take full advantage of your day out in the area can also be provided. Multilingual guides and drivers can also be organized for visits to Siena, to the Chianti area and other Tuscan cities, such as Florence, Pisa, Arezzo and Cortona, which are all easily reachable in a day’s excursion.
Cooking classes, activities such as painting, ceramic lessons, enogastronomic tours and cultural excursions are also available.
Our concierge is always pleased to advise and assist you with tickets and booking on theatre, museums, churches, monuments, archaeological sites and historical landmarks.
In the reception you will find cultural brochures, local maps of various cities in Tuscany, business cards of restaurants and local shops.

Check-in: only on Saturday - between 4pm and 7pm. The key holder must be advised if arrival will be later than this time.

Check-out: within 9 am. If you leave the apartment after that time you must pay for another day, no matter the arrival date or time.

PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER


Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.


Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.


ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES


For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.

Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:

40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,

100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
