Overall Property Description:
Ancient country house placed in a panoramic position on the hills on the border between the two most beautiful regions of central Italy: Umbria and Tuscany. A recent and careful restoration, carried out in absolute respect of the old origins of the building, has divided the house into four welcoming apartments, furnished with taste under the watchful guidance of the owner. The property is inside an agricultural farm of about 100 hectares which comprises cereals fields, olive groves and green woods where beautiful thoroughbreds horses are bred. The horses can be admired free at pasture on the lands next to the house. Around 12 km far you will find Castiglione del Lago, the well-equipped, exclusive, tourist village which offers folk and cultural events internationally known. Moreover, in 50 km drive you can reach the main spa resorts of Tuscany, such as Bagni San Filippo, Terme di San Casciano dei Bagni, Rapolano Terme and Bagno Vignoni, ideal places to regenerate body and mind. All around the building a large, completely fenced, green space, where each apartment has its own area equipped with table and chairs. On its side the beautiful swimming pool (size 6x12 mt, depth 1,20 mt). In the building between the main house and the pool a common hall, a small kitchen, the barbecue and the laundry room. The property can also be recommended for large groups up to 16 persons.
