First floor: a bedroom with two beds.

Amenities: satellite TV in the living room; kitchen with oven, fridge with small freezer, electric kettle and moka coffeepot.Only the beds on the first floor can be joined or separated upon request.

Fattoria di Pietrabuona farmhouses are six self catering properties estate to choose from situated in a green and peacefull valley between Lucca and Florence. The Pietrabuona estate is an unique and fascinating position on the evergreen Zano Hill and a private country road connects all the farmhouses of the estate, still known by their old names.

All apartments recently renovated offer confortable accommodation, fulfilled with all facilities.
Shared swimming pool, and DISC GOLF 9 holes COURSE, different difficult levels of walking mountain path.

The farmhouse Piastriccio rests in the green woodland between Podere Sondino and Podere Tremignani. Families with children appreciate the green lawn in front of the house where the kids can play. Another source of amusement is the piglets’ nursery. Kids love feeding them fruit, vegetables and bread.
A token operated laundry available to all guests is located in one of the old stables of this farmhouse.
Podere Piastriccio is divided into two apartments. Conservatively restored in 1994, the apartments retain the charm of the original building. Each apartment has its private entrance and outdoor space for barbecue. Shaded parking is nearby.

At guests' disposal:
A common room availalbe where the owner can organize dinners.
BBQ available.
Internet WI-FI connection available in the area of the reception office free of charge.

Distances:
The medievial town of Pescia is at 5 minutes by car and there you'll find restaurants, train staion, grocery and supermarkets.

PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER


Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.


Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.


ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES


For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.

Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:

40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,

100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
