The oldest part consists of the 3 watch towers overlooking the valley. Very nice house from the 11st century, renovated, surrounded by trees. 14 km from the centre of Perugia, 30 km from the centre of Assisi, 70 km from the centre of Siena, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the countryside. For shared use: large garden, 2 swimming pools (16 x 6 m, depth 110 - 150 cm, 15.05.-30.09.). Outside shower, patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: lounge with TV, sauna (extra).
