Wooden 3-storey chalet 2006, on middle floor kitchen, living room, bedroom 2 beds, washroom/WC, terraces. Upstairs 3 bedrooms 2 beds in each, washroom/WC, hall. Downstairs sauna (electric stove), washroom/WC, jacuzzi, room with fireplace. Downstairs also conference room seating 8 persons (18 m²), which is rented separately (for 350 euros/week). Conference room has all necessary equipment. Chalet has WLAN/LAN broadband, Surround speaker system/home theatre, and mechanical ventilation. Separate sauna building with wood-fired stove, room with fireplace/dressing room, sauna has mini-kitchen, TV set, shower/WC and sleeping loft for 2 persons. Deluxe chalet for both holidays and conferences. Plot is in a natural state, rocky, with steep slope to seashore. Good fishing waters. A motorboat (60 hb) can be rented for 150 €/week + gas.
Fee for bed linen and final cleaning will be added in all reservations. The deposit of 150 € will be paid in cash upon arrival. The administrator checks the condition of the house before your departure. If everything is OK, then he will refund the security deposit back.
Horse riding opportunities 3.5 km, Loviisa 6 km, Kouvola 68 km. Many sights and towns nearby, including Pernaja, Loviisa and Porvoo.
